Due to COVID-19 and the CDC’s guidelines, we cannot accept returns at this time in order to limit the transmission of this virus. Our most important priority is your health and your safety. Because of this, we will not refund, credit or exchange during this time to ensure the safety of our customers and associates.

Address Discrepancy

Active-8 Supps is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.) PLEASE take your time and make sure you provided all correct information. Nutrition Labz is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.

International Shipping


The customer is responsible for taxes and laws imposed by the destination country. This includes any import regulations in place at the destination country. Failure to collect parcel from foreign postal administration is the direct responsibility of the purchaser. The customer is responsible for any returned package shipping costs.
